We are committed to a superior application of one-on-one individualized ABA therapy, typically work in the kid-friendly atmosphere of your own home. Based on a warm, exceptionally caring family-oriented approach, your case manager supports you throughout the process, assigning an appropriate BCBA and behavior technician to work together with you. Following the BCBA’s comprehensive assessment of your child, your BCBA sets up a tailor-made plan with targeted goals, then trains and supervises the behavior technician for implementation of treatment. In addition, you are provided with parental training for supplemental hands-on involvement that furthers our commitment to powerful outcomes.

Joseph Jalas, MS, BCBA, LBA
Joseph Jalas is the co-founder and CEO of Level Ahead. Since founding the company with his wife Chaya in 2019, Joseph has strongly focused on the importance of maintaining best practices and the highest of industry standards. He concentrates on continuous growth and opportunities to further client services and outcomes. An accomplished BCBA with close to 12 years of experience in the fields of ABA and Special Education, Joseph is passionate about providing families with a superior experience by ensuring a high level of personalized care.
Chaya Jalas, MS, BCBA, LBA
Managing Director Chaya Jalas co-founded Level Ahead ABA together with her husband Joseph on the principles of delivering a higher level of clinical performance to clients. A BCBA and Special Education teacher with close to a decade and a half of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families, she is passionate about mentoring new BCBA’s and supporting them in their fieldwork. Focused on ensuring smooth and efficient operations, as well as quality ABA therapy across the organization, she is the driving force behind successful outcomes and Level Ahead’s renowned clinical achievements.
