01
To qualify for ABA therapy, first confirm the diagnosis. If you suspect your struggling child may be on the autism spectrum, consult with a psychologist to get a comprehensive evaluation, identify the diagnosis, and discuss the best course of treatment for your child.
02
After getting your referral for ABA therapy, we check if your insurance covers your child's treatment. Once we confirm coverage, we handle the insurance authorization process for you, saving you from common frustrations. If insurance doesn't cover it, we assist you in setting up a manageable payment plan.
03
We assess your child’s strengths and weaknesses, current skill levels, and behavior across multiple scenarios and settings. Then, we customize a care plan and submit our treatment request to your insurance company. Following authorization, we coordinate intervention by pairing your child with a highly qualified therapist.
04
With your therapist, we create a personalized treatment plan for your child, setting clear goals and methods to achieve them. Through a balanced approach of direct therapy hours, BCBA supervision, and extensive parental training, we collaborate as a team to ensure success.
05
As therapy progresses, goals naturally change. We continuously check in on your child's progress and setbacks together. Based on these evaluations, we adjust the plan to ensure your child is making progress.
06
Through our advanced ABA therapy programs and joint effort, we witness remarkable breakthroughs. Your child gains confidence, independence, and valuable skills.
