01
ASD Diagnosis

The first step to qualifying for ABA therapy is confirmation of the diagnosis. If you suspect your struggling child may be on the autism spectrum, see a psychologist, psychiatrist or developmental pediatrician. Once diagnosed, you will need a written referral for ABA treatment.

02
Insurance coverage

After receiving your referral for ABA therapy, we help you determine if your insurance covers treatment for your child. Once coverage is verified, we navigate the entire insurance authorization process for you, eliminating oft-associated frustration.  In the event insurance does not cover services, we help you by creating an affordable payment plan.

.

03
Our assessment

We assess your child’s strengths/weaknesses, current skill levels across all domains, and behavior across multiple scenarios and settings. Then, we design a suitable plan and submit our treatment request to your insurance company. Following authorization, we coordinate intervention by a caring therapist, most suited to your child.

04
Plan of action

Together with your therapist, we devise a tailored plan for your child - setting clear objectives and explicit methods to reach them. With a reasonable amount of hours of direct therapy, BCBA supervision and abundant training for parental involvement, we work in synergy as a team.

05
Reevaluating needs

As your child’s therapy progresses, objectives invariably evolve. Together, we make ongoing evaluations based on your child’s progress or setbacks. In tandem with these subsequent evaluations, we re-tailor a plan according to revised goals so that your child accomplishes as per our set projections.

06
Reaping the rewards

Following a coordinated intensely superior ABA therapeutic program and hard work, we witness gradual yet steady breakthroughs, never before thought attainable. Your child smiles and laughs as skills increase, self-confidence soars and he or she becomes increasingly functional.
