Since founding Level Ahead ABA with his wife, Chaya, in 2019, Joseph is strongly focused on maintaining a high standard of professionalism and expanding services to deliver better client outcomes. An accomplished BCBA with close to 12 years of experience in the ABA and Special Education fields, Joseph is passionate about connecting with families and offering a superior service experience through personalized care.

Chaya founded Level Ahead ABA alongside her husband to address the pressing demand for premium ABA therapy services. With close to fourteen years of experience as a Special Education teacher and a BCBA, she understands the challenges families face and is dedicated to making a larger impact. As the COO at Level Ahead, Chaya ensures the seamless operation of the agency, giving families in need more accessibility to top-tier ABA services and personal support.
